AetherFL is live for Florida agents

On September 28, 2026, we opened aetherfl.com to the public. Florida real estate agents can now set up Yara, our virtual assistant, to answer the calls their marketing brings in.

What is live today

Door 1 is live. Each postcard, sign or ad gets its own campaign number. Calls to it ring your cell first, for about 20 seconds. Press 1 to take the call yourself. If you don't pick up, Yara answers instead of your voicemail.

• She greets the caller in your name, says she's your virtual assistant and says the call is recorded.
• She asks the LPMAMA questions one at a time: location, price, motivation, agent and mortgage.
• On Pro and Team, she books a showing, a listing consult or a callback in your calendar and logs the call in Follow Up Boss.
• Within 1 minute of the hang-up, you get a text with the whole call and a link to the recording and transcript.

Plans and the free pilot

Starter is $99 a month, Pro $199 and Team $399. You start with a 30-day free pilot on Pro, on your own campaign numbers. We set up your numbers, call forwarding, calendar and Follow Up Boss for you within 48 hours. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.

What else went up

What comes next

Calling back website sign-ups and working Zillow and Realtor.com leads are coming soon, as are calls in Spanish and more CRMs. We will post each one here when it is live.
