Postcards, signs and ads. Every call answered.

Your AI receptionist answers the calls your marketing brings in. Every postcard, sign and ad gets its own number, so Yara knows which one the caller saw.

Where Yara answers

Anything with a phone number.

Here's how Yara handles each one, and what's coming soon.

Postcard farming

Your postcards land across your farm, each with its own number. Someone calls while you're in a showing? Yara asks about the postcard, then whether they want to buy, sell or both.

  • Knows which postcard they got
  • Asks the LPMAMA questions and books a market analysis or a callback
  • Postcards sit on fridges for months. Keep the number running.

Yard signs and sign riders

Buyers call from the curb. Yara answers from your listings table, gives the status with the date it was checked and books the showing.

  • Every status comes with the date it was checked
  • Books the showing or a callback with you
  • Keep the number live until the listing sells

Facebook and Instagram ads

Put your number in the ad. Many social leads fill in a form, but the ones who call ring you first, then Yara.

  • Knows which ad they saw
  • Scores each caller out of 100, so you call the best first
  • Answers at 9 PM and on Sunday morning

You're with visitors when your phone rings about another listing. Yara picks up, so you stay with the people in front of you.

  • Answers while you host, weekends too
  • Books a showing for another day
  • Texts you a summary to read between visitors

  • The consent box starts unchecked and says calls may use an AI-generated voice

Past and expired clients

They're already in your Follow Up Boss. You email them first, and Yara calls only the people who reply yes, from 8 AM to 8 PM. She books the ones ready to move again.

  • A past deal is not a yes: she only calls people who agreed in writing
  • "Stop" ends it for good
Know what works

Know which ad works.

Every campaign number counts its own calls: 1 on Starter, up to 5 on Pro, up to 15 on Team.

On Pro and Team, the Friday report shows calls, missed calls and appointments per number, and each Follow Up Boss contact gets its source.
