What if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.25 each, on every plan. Starter includes up to 150 call minutes a month, Pro up to 500 and Team up to 1,500.
Which plans book into my calendar?
Pro and Team. Sarah books into Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly. On Starter she takes a callback request and texts you a summary.
Which plans log calls in Follow Up Boss?
Pro and Team. Each call lands on the contact in Follow Up Boss. On Starter you get a text summary after each call.
How many numbers and agents are included?
Starter has 1 campaign number. Pro has up to 5. Team covers up to 5 agents and 15 numbers.
What does "coming soon" mean?
The feature isn't live yet. Website sign-up callbacks on Pro and Team, and the free IDX website, Zillow lead follow-up and calls in Spanish on Team, carry that label until they are. The IDX website will also need your MLS or broker's IDX approval.
