The short version

• Door 2: Yara will call back people who sign up on your IDX website and agree to a call.
• Door 3: Yara will call the Zillow and Realtor.com leads who agreed to be called, and sort them by how ready they are.
• Neither is available yet. Door 1, answering your calls, is live today.

Door 2: website sign-up callbacks

Someone signs up on your IDX website and checks a consent box. The box starts unchecked and says plainly that calls may use an AI-generated voice. Yara then calls within a minute, while your listing is still on their screen.

• She opens with your name, says she's your virtual assistant and says the call is recorded.
• She calls only from 8 AM to 8 PM. A sign-up at 11 PM hears from her at 8 AM.
• A site visit alone never gets a call.

Website sign-up callbacks are planned for Pro and Team.

Door 3: Zillow and Realtor.com lead sorting

Your Zillow and Realtor.com leads already land in Follow Up Boss. Yara will call the ones who agreed to be called and find out who's serious: how soon they're moving, whether they're pre-approved and whether they need to sell first. Each answer goes into Follow Up Boss.

• Ready now: she books a showing or a listing consult and texts you within 1 minute.
• Later: she checks in by call and text for months.
• Not a fit: she closes it out politely.

On Zillow Flex, Zillow still makes the first call, and Yara takes it from there. If a lead's consent is unclear, you get it first. No consent, no call. Zillow lead follow-up is planned for Team.

Why consent comes first

Federal rules require prior express written consent for sales calls made with an AI voice, and Florida requires it for automated sales calls. Our TCPA page explains how consent is collected and kept.

We're working on an option for your AI assistant to answer calls in your own voice. It isn't available yet. Here is what it will change, and what it won't.

• It isn't available yet, and we have not set a date.
• Callers will still hear that she's your virtual assistant and that the call is recorded.

(Coming soon) We're building an option that lets Yara answer your calls in your own voice. It is not available yet, and we have not set a date. We'll post here when it is live.

What it will do

Today, Yara speaks in her own voice. With this option, you record a short sample of your voice, and Yara answers your calls sounding like you. The choice will be yours. If you would rather keep her own voice, nothing changes.

What it won't change

• She still says who she is. Every call opens with your name, the words "virtual assistant" and a recording notice, in any voice.
• She still won't pretend to be you. If a caller asks, she says she's your virtual assistant, not a person.
• The same rules apply. A voice made from yours is still an AI-generated voice. The FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices under the TCPA (FCC 24-17), and so do we.
• The rest of the job. The same questions, the same appointments and the same text summary within 1 minute.

Meet Yara: the new name of our AI assistant

Our AI assistant for Florida real estate agents has a new name. What she does, how she introduces herself and the prices did not change.

The short version

• Our virtual assistant is now called Yara, across the site and on the demo calls.
• Nothing else changes: the same job, the same rules and the same prices.
• Callers still hear up front that she's a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded.

Starting today, September 29, 2026, our virtual assistant has a new name: Yara. You'll see it across aetherfl.com, and the demo calls on this site now introduce her as Yara.

What changes

Only the name. Her page is now aetherfl.com/ai-receptionist, and old links to it forward there.

What stays the same

• The disclosure. Every call opens with the agent's name, the words "virtual assistant" and a recording notice. If a caller asks, she says she's not a person.
• The job. She answers the calls to your campaign numbers that you miss, asks the LPMAMA questions, books the appointment and texts you a summary within 1 minute.
• The limits. She won't value a home, negotiate or promise anything. Those questions become an appointment with you.
• The plans. Starter is $99 a month, Pro $199 and Team $399, with a 30-day free pilot on Pro.

On September 28, 2026, we opened aetherfl.com to the public. Florida real estate agents can now set up Yara, our virtual assistant, to answer the calls their marketing brings in.

What is live today

Door 1 is live. Each postcard, sign or ad gets its own campaign number. Calls to it ring your cell first, for about 20 seconds. Press 1 to take the call yourself. If you don't pick up, Yara answers instead of your voicemail.

• She greets the caller in your name, says she's your virtual assistant and says the call is recorded.
• She asks the LPMAMA questions one at a time: location, price, motivation, agent and mortgage.
• On Pro and Team, she books a showing, a listing consult or a callback in your calendar and logs the call in Follow Up Boss.
• Within 1 minute of the hang-up, you get a text with the whole call and a link to the recording and transcript.
